Individual Counseling
I offer individual counseling services to adults struggling with anxiety, depression and mood disorders, anger, grief, substance abuse, eating disorders, sexual addiction, personality disorders, and many other issues.
Marriage and Family Counseling
Premarital and marital counseling are offered, as well as family counseling. Some of the typical issues addressed include communication, conflict management, building intimacy, coping with infidelity and sexual problems, as well as parenting skills and other family issues.
Technology Assisted Counseling
I offer online (live video) counseling for individuals and couples. I also offer EMDR sessions online. ART sessions are only offered in-person.
All sessions are $175 per one-hour session. This includes individual, couples, family, and telehealth sessions.
